Industrial Centrifugal Blower

Cool Command Industrial Centrifugal Blowers are well engineered, high efficiency air moving blowers, incorporating all the latest improvements to meet the requirements of process/clean air handling applications in Foundries, Power Plants, Engineering Industries, Cement & Chemical producing plants.

These blowers are provided with single and multiple (parallel or series operations) impellers to suit wide range of air discharge and pressure development combinations.

These blowers are made in a wide range of impeller sizes varying from 200 to 2050 mm diameter having air handling capacities of 500M³/Hr, while the pressure developed by the blower could be as high as 1000 mm WG (references air/gas density of 1.20 Kg/cu.mt).

These blowers are generally in sheet steel (MS) fabricated construction with its shaft on EN-8 steel; having a circular air inlet and a rectangular cross section air outlet port. For bigger sizes, the blower housing is of split type provide easier access to the Impeller. On request, however, blowers are supplied with special metal construction or lined with special material or metal finishes.

The impeller wheels are multi bladed construction with its blades of special contour engineered to handle varied quality air streams. All impeller wheels are precision balanced as per provisions of international Standard ISO : 1940 for smooth operation in application.

BEARINGS
All standard service blowers except for Arrangement 'X' are supplied with greases lubricated Heavy Duty ball/roller bearings. Bearings for Blowers with cooling disc are filled with heavy duty temperature blended greases.

SPECIAL MANUFACTURING
These Industrial blowers can be manufactured in stainless steel, Carbon steel and aluminum, when required to exhaust corrosive fumes or in spark proof construction. Coating of special corrosion resistant paints or FRP lining and metal spray finishes can be offered on request.
