Evaporative Cooling Systems
Cool Command Evaporative Cooling Systems are especially designed for efficient cooling with low energy consumption. These evaporative cooling systems are based on highly efficient cellulose rigid media to provide high saturation efficiencies and can substitute the need of the mechanical refrigeration in several applications. These ECUs can simply spot cool specified areas or cool the entire area according to the requirement. They are best used in place that require a lot of fresh air movement. COMFORT BEARING
The units are engineered to cater the high demand on comfort cooling. The Systems provide more CFM on the same HP. On the exterior an aluminum filter of rigid inlet wire is installed to clean the incoming air.
COMPACT UNITS
The unit has a compact prefabricated design that occupies only 40% of space and volume as compared to other machines.
LOW POWER CONSUMPTION
If used power 50% less than any other comparable spray bank type machines due to low motor & pump power.
QUICK INSTALLATION
Quick installation is possible as the machine is fabricated in panel type body and has flexibility o relocate at any time.
WIDE RANGE OF VARIETY
Available in capacity ranging from 5000 Cfm to 90000 Cfm to deliver conditioned and filtered air against S.P.
NEGLIGIBLE MAINTENANCE
Negligible maintenance required as pads are self-supporting & self-cleaning type.
DURABILITY
A strong durability galvanized steel cabinet coated with enamel paint is resistant to weathering and impact. The critical components inside ECUs are made of non corrosive Thermoplastic, G.I., FRP to guard against Corrosion.
